Tarot # 61 : XIII Death, the dance of interruption and transformation

The Universe is Change; every Change is the

effect of an Act of Love; all Acts of Love contain

pure joy.  Die daily.

Death is the apex of one curve of the snake Life:

behold all opposites as necessary complements,

and rejoice.

Aleister Crowley, The Book of Thoth

Death is not the extinguishing the light; it is putting out the lamp because dawn has come.

— Rabindranath Tragore

The end of an extended and integral relationship (a job, a partnership, a career) that will be devastating, and leave you transformed and transported to the other side of an abyss. There is no knowing what awaits you.

You have reached the long expected crisis point and must make a drastic change in your way of life or undertake long journey to a unfamiliar living situation or face imprisonment or devastation of your current life.

Like a caterpillar that has reached its full size, you are at a point of stasis and stagnation and must enter a process of metamorphosis from which you will emerge in a form more capable of navigating beyond your now limited range of perception and gain new perspectives and insight into your existence.

What are you not doing now

that you are putting off.

Changes will come soon enough maybe

before you awaken

from your sweet dream of life.Image result for the wild unknown tarot death card
